To have a source nearby, ten years ago we transferred tooling to Polymer for some critical, complex parts being produced by a West Coast supplier. Since then, Polymer’s engineering team has worked closely with us on numerous product improvements. I rely heavily on Polymer’s knowledge and expertise. I consider them a business partner, not a supplier. They are responsive in every way. They have never been late with a delivery, and their quality is outstanding. We are a global company with many suppliers, but I wouldn’t trust my business to anyone else.
