Polymer’s technical staff knows plastics inside and out and works closely with customer engineering teams to refine design concepts, complete product designs, and optimize them for manufacturability. We use a wide range of thermoset and thermoplastic materials and can work with you to select the best manufacturing process and material for your application.

We take design input in whatever form/format you want to provide it. We can, for, example, accept SolidWorks, Pro/E, Autodesk, and SDRC product design files. We regularly accept, work with and maintain encrypted and secured files in accordance with ITAR, DOD, and other customer confidentiality requirements.

When you begin working with Polymer, you are assigned a project manager who has or can get the answers you need as your project heads toward production. Our knowledgeable sales engineers and home-office customer service staff remain available to you throughout your product’s life cycle.
