In 1979, two brothers formed what is now Polymer Corporation to pioneer a unique Liquid Resin Casting™ process to meet the needs of Boston’s high-tech companies for low-volume, quick-turn, close-tolerance plastic parts. Polymer today has evolved from that small, family-owned business into a substantial company owned by management and Prospect Partners, a leading private equity firm. Focused exclusively on manufacturing high-precision plastic parts and assemblies, in quantities ranging from less than a hundred to over a million per year, we offer Liquid Resin Casting™, injection molding, machining, rapid prototypes produced using leading-edge additive manufacturing technologies, and fully functional quick-turn ProtoParts™.

Polymer operates from ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, ITAR, and UL registered facilities in Massachusetts and Connecticut, with floor space totaling 150,000 square feet. We produce tooling domestically and in Asia.

With the resurgence of manufacturing now occurring in America, Polymer is growing rapidly. We are a preferred/strategic supplier to some of the world’s finest companies. We have been recognized for our outstanding contributions to the Massachusetts economy.
