In 1979, two brothers formed what is now Polymer Corporation to pioneer a unique Liquid Resin Casting™ process to meet the needs of Boston’s high-tech companies for low-volume, quick-turn, close-tolerance plastic parts. Polymer today has evolved from that small, family-owned business into a substantial company owned by management and Prospect Partners, a leading private equity firm that is backed by a premier group of major institutional investors (www.prospect-partners.com). Focused exclusively on manufacturing high-precision plastic parts and assemblies, in quantities ranging from less than a hundred to hundreds of thousands per year, we offer Liquid Resin Casting™, injection molding, machining, rapid prototypes produced using leading-edge additive manufacturing technologies, and fully functional quick-turn ProtoParts™.

Polymer operates from two ISO 9001:2008 and ITAR registered facilities in Massachusetts, with floor space totaling 120,000 square feet. We produce tooling domestically and in Asia. We currently ship products to customers in 39 states and in 18 countries.
